Badesee Kleihügelsee
The Kleihügelsee bathing lake in Espelkamp is located in the idyllic "Große Aue" nature reserve between the districts of Vehlage and Fabbenstedt. The bathing beach offers plenty of space for sports and leisure activities. Drinks and food must be brought along.
The Große Aue See is also part of the local recreation area, but is not open for swimming. The city center can be reached by bike within 15 minutes. The nature reserve is also very popular for walks.
